Fooga, Inc. only offers refunds for payments related to our products in special scenarios. Our business uses banking connections and APIs which are very expensive to us. Whenever a bank account is connected to our app, we incur costs that we must pay. To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true:
• You started a trial and forgot to cancel. You never used the app other than signing up.
• Your payment charge was created less than 7 days ago.
Note – any material usage of the app will disqualify you from a refund. We reserve the right to deny refunds at our own discretion.
To request a refund, please send an email to support@fooga.zendesk.com stating the email you signed up for the app with, your full name, and any other information that we could use to identify your account.
